New Hope eNews - May 15, 2026

This Sunday, May 17, we will take a moment to honor and bless our graduating high school seniors during both of our worship services.

Lord, we thank You for our graduating seniors and for guiding them to this milestone. As they step into a new season, grant them wisdom, courage, and confidence to follow the path You have prepared for them. Surround them with Your peace, protect them in all they do, and remind them that Your presence goes with them wherever they go. May they use their gifts to serve others and bring glory to You. Amen.

Join us tonight, May 15, as we celebrate our Cinco de Mayo make-up game! Come dressed in your festive best and enjoy a fun evening cheering on our team, sharing laughs, and spending time together. We can’t wait to see you there!

FamCon is coming June 4-6!

FamCon is a blast for kids, but its main purpose is to strengthen families and help children build a faith that lasts! Parents will drop their kids off at New Hope on Thursday and Friday, June 4-5, to enjoy creatively fun ministry from 6-8:30pm. Then on Saturday, June 6, from 9am-12pm, parents will join in the fun and learning with their children. When parents and kids spend intentional time learning and laughing together, everyone's faith and relationships are strengthened!

It was a fun conclusion to our Wednesday Night program. Our Summer Calendar is now officially available! PATH2FREEDOM

As Southwest Florida begins to slow down for the season and summer approaches, it can also bring a meaningful time of reflection, renewal, and opportunity. Summer often brings a little extra space in our schedules, a chance to pause, reconnect, and invest in what matters most. At Path2Freedom, that means continuing to create hope and healing for child survivors of sex trafficking through safe housing, education, counseling, mentorship, and long-term support. Are you looking for a way to make a deeper impact in our community? Summer is a great time to get involved!

Here are a few simple ways you can get involved:

Volunteer! –  Whether you can give a few hours or want to become more deeply engaged, your time and talents can make a lasting difference.

Host a Small Gathering! – Invite friends, neighbors, or community group to learn more about Path2Freedom and how they can help bring hope and freedom to vulnerable children.

Stay Connected! – Follow Path2Freedom on social media and help spread awareness during this important season.

This slower pace gives all of us an opportunity to be more intentional and to connect with community partners like Path2Freedom in a deeper way. If you are interested in volunteering or hosting a group, reach out to rachel@newhopefortmyers.org for next steps. Thank you for walking alongside this vital ministry of positively impacting victims of sex trafficking, and for being part of this journey toward hope, healing, and freedom.
