Operation Christmas Child

church missions projectSamaritan’s Purse: Operation Christmas Child
Donations Deadline: Sunday, November 20

New Hope is joining thousands of other churches around the world to participate in the Samaritan’s Purse project: Operation Christmas Child.

Every shoebox is placed into the hands of a child in need and provides an opportunity to demonstrate God’s love and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each shoebox is packed with love and covered in prayer, bringing the true meaning of Christmas to children around the world. After receiving shoebox gifts, many children are discipled through their Bible study course, “The Greatest Journey”, where they learn to become faithful followers of Christ and share their faith with others.

Pick up a shoebox at New Hope in the church office during the week, or in the Narthex on Sundays. Include a “wow” toy, fill it with gifts, attach the label, pray, include a $7 donation in the envelope provided to cover shipping and drop it back off at New Hope by Sunday, November 20.
