A ministry of New Hope Presbyterian Church, MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers) of Fort Myers is a network of women dedicated to the message that “Better Moms Make a Better World.” MOPS celebrates motherhood and helps moms to be better moms through trusted resources and supportive relationships. Because mothers of young children need support and encouragement, MOPS is designed to nurture expectant mothers and mothers with children from infancy through kindergarten. The women are of many ages and backgrounds but share the same desire — to be the best mothers they can be. Our vision for MOPS of New Hope is that we will be a community of mothers drawing near to each other, to Christ, and to a church home.
MOPS of New Hope meetings focus on moms. It’s a time for you to relax and unwind with others going through the same journey in life: motherhood. Each meeting includes light breakfast, fellowship time, devotional, and may include a speaker to discuss practical and/or inspirational topics, small group discussion time, creative activities or service projects. Always provided is a warm and supportive environment where moms are nurtured socially and spiritually.

Play Dates are usually the fourth Tuesday of the month and Moms’ Nights Out (MNO) are usually the second Thursday.

MOMSnext meetings are a place where conversations birth relationships – friendships centered on shared parenting, marriage and work-life balance questions. From there, moms safely dig into their God-breathed purpose and deeper questions about letting kids grow, then eventually go. Conversations that begin during the meeting spill over into daily life, and relationships flourish.
MOMSnext will shape you, ground you, teach you and encourage you. Our hope is that MOMSnext will help moms hear God’s voice and look ahead together. We look forward to connecting with you!

Be ready for a once-a-month mom break and SO MUCH MORE: a meal for you and your kiddos, speakers, inspiration, fun, and childcare, too! The fees are $80 for the year (This includes our regular $40 registration fee and an additional fee of $40 to cover childcare.).
