Please Pray for Pastor Andrew Brunson

EPC Teaching Elder Andrew Brunson was arrested in the Turkish coastal city of Izmir (biblical Smyrna) on October 7, 2016 and has been imprisoned ever since. He and his family have lived in Turkey since 1993. At the time of his arrest, he was serving as pastor of Izmir Resurrection Church. Andrew has been released into house arrest, but is still awaiting the next hearing in his trial on October 12. We would ask you to continue to pray for Andrew’s freedom.

Hospitality Ministry Opportunities

Our Hospitality Ministry is seeking a number of people to serve as greeters, ushers, parking lot attendants, and Information Table attendants for each of our services. The only requirements are a warm welcoming smile, a genuine love for people, and a servant’s heart. All are welcome. We will train you. If this seems like a good ministry fit for you, please either fill out this form, call the church office at 239.274.1230, or sign up at the Information Table in the narthex and one of our Hospitality Ministry Leaders will contact you to discuss how you can participate in this vitally important ministry. Email Patti Mehaffie with any questions.
