X-Factor Print E-mail

Sundays, 9:15-10:30 a.m.
What is the X-Factor? The dictionary calls it a “certain indefinable quality or a hard-to-describe influence or quality.”   To us, it means bringing Jesus Christ into the world when we live according to His truth.

X-Factor also is the main hour on Sundays when each month, we focus on a specific virtue that God is growing in us to change the world around us!  A large group gathering with teaching and worship time combine with small group relationships to help kids learn how God’s Word fits into their lives.

By the time kids finish fifth grade, we want them to have three core truths embedded in their heart: I can trust God no matter what, I need to make the wise choice, and I should treat others the way I want to be treated.

Teaching the same Bible lessons and virtues as X-Factor but in an entirely different presentation, Remix is great for families attending the contemporary service or a staying for a second hour on Sunday.

Parents Print E-mail
One thing we know is that learning doesn’t have to stop when kids leave church – in fact, we hope it won’t! While we may have about 40 hours a year with the average child, the average parent has 3,000 hours a year with their child – valuable time when you can continue to shape your kids’ everyday faith.  We have tools to help.  Each week, Fridge Door cards are available with the scripture, bottom line, and a discussion starter for your family.  Pick one up from your kids’ leaders after class.
And check out Wednesday’s FX as a great way to be equipped as a family!
